The service of EPC Surveys UK was exceptional. I chose this company because their website looked professional and they where £45 cheaper than my estate agent quoted. I completed the online 9pm on Thursday night, I was contacted Friday morning and by 3pm the survey had been done. The EPC was then e-mailed to me the following working day - fantastic. I fully recommend this company, the surveyor was professional and really knew what he was doing too.
